(一)受到疫情和全球经济的影响,2020年新加坡的外劳政策不断收紧。1月1日起新加坡中等工签进一步削减。削减之后一家本地公司需要有9个本地全职员工才能雇佣一个中等工签员工。
(二)从2020年3月1日开始,新加坡投资移民GIP规定投资者的公司最近三年的营业额直接提高到2亿新币(折合10亿人民币)。
(ii) Starting from March 1, 2020, the Singapore Investment Immigration GIP stipulates that the turnover of the investor's company in the last three years will be directly increased to S $200 million (equivalent to 1 billion yuan).
(四)2020年9月1日开始,新加坡EP最低合格薪资要求从3900新币提高到4500新币。40岁以上申请人的薪资要求是最低合格薪水的两倍,并需有符合相应薪资的资历。金融行业的新加坡EP最新薪资要求必须提高到5000新币起。
(d) With effect from 1 September 2020, the minimum qualified salary requirement for Singapore EP will be increased from S $3,900 to S $4,500. Applicants over the age of 40 will be required to earn twice the minimum qualified salary and have qualifications that match the salary. The latest salary requirements for the Singapore EP in the financial sector must be raised to a minimum of S $5,000.
(三)2020年5月1日起,新加坡EP最低薪金要求从3600新币上调至3900新币!人力部审核将更加严格,申请人需有匹配高薪职位的资历。较年长、资历深的外籍人士必须获得更高的薪金才能获批EP。
(c) From 1 May 2020, the minimum salary requirement for EP in Singapore will be raised from S $3,600 to S $3,900! The Ministry of Manpower will be more rigorous in vetting applicants with qualifications that match well-paid jobs. Older, more senior expatriates have to earn higher salaries to be granted EP.
(五)2022年9月1日开始全面提高EP申请人的审核薪酬标准! 40岁及以上的申请人月薪将提高到至少10500新币!而一直以来,该年龄段的申请人都是在8500新币左右即可获得EP身份。
(V) From September 1, 2022, the salary standard for EP applicants will be comprehensively increased! The monthly salary for applicants aged 40 and above will be raised to at least S $10,500! EP status has always been available for applicants in this age group at around S $8,500.
(六)2023年9月1日新加坡人力部将通过积分制度综合评估申请者与企业的申请资格.
(vi) On September 1, 2023, the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore will comprehensively evaluate the eligibility of applicants and enterprises through the points system.
这个积分框架被称作“互补专才评估框架”。届时EP申请将根据四个基本标准进行评分。这四大标准分别为申请者的月薪、申请者的学历、企业员工国籍多元性以及企业中本地员工所占比例。
This scoring framework is called the Complementary Expertise Assessment Framework. EP applications will then be graded according to four basic criteria. The four criteria are the applicant's monthly salary, the applicant's educational background, the diversity of the company's employees' nationalities and the proportion of local employees in the company.

高素质的专业人士可以申请就业准证(EP)移民到新加坡。寻求雇用该个人的公司必须提出申请。只要同一家公司雇用该个人,其有效期最长为2年。如果个人换工作,新公司将不得不重新申请EP。EP最多可以续签3年。
Highly qualified professionals can apply for an Employment Pass (EP) to migrate to Singapore. The firm seeking to employ the individual must apply. It is valid for a maximum of 2 years as long as the same company employs the individual. If the individual changes jobs, the new firm will have to reapply for the EP. The EP can be renewed for a maximum of 3 years.
EP不适用任何征费或配额。每月收入超过4000美元的移民可以将其配偶和受抚养子女带到新加坡。每月收入超过8000美元的移民也可以将父母带到新加坡。要获得EP资格,必须满足以下条件:
The EP does not apply any levy or quota. Migrants who earn more than $4,000 a month can bring their spouses and dependent children to Singapore. Migrants earning more than $8,000 a month can also bring their parents to Singapore. To qualify for EP, the following conditions must be met:

ENTREPASS

Also known as entrepreneur Pass. It is for foreign entrepreneurs who wish to move to Singapore and start a new business in the country. EntrePass is valid for 1 year and can be renewed further. Dependants can only be brought to Singapore after the pass is renewed once. Therefore, dependants cannot be brought to Singapore for the first year. EntrePass does not apply any levies or quotas. To qualify for EntrePass, the following conditions must be met:
1、个人必须年满21岁;
2、必须具有相关的教育和经验;

This is a special visa for high-income professionals and Employment Pass (EP) holders who want to immigrant to Singapore. PEP provides individuals with flexibility in switching jobs because it is not tied to any one particular employer. The visa, which is typically valid for three years, also allows individuals to stay in Singapore for up to six months without working. No taxes or quotas apply to PEPs. Applicants can bring their spouses, children and parents to Singapore as dependants. To qualify for a PEP, the following conditions must be met:

The visa is intended for use by less qualified workers who wish to migrate to Singapore. Companies seeking to employ the individual must apply for this visa. Quotas limit the number of people a firm can hire through an S-pass. According to this quota, SPass holders can account for more than 15-20% of the company's total workforce. The S pass is valid for two years and can be renewed for another three years as long as the individual remains employed by the same firm. No tax or quota is applicable to the dependant pass. To qualify for a long-term Visit Pass, the following conditions must be met:
